How do I receive the voucher?
You will receive the voucher conveniently as a PDF file sent to your email address – there are no shipping costs and no minimum order value. If you pay by PayPal, the email will be sent immediately after the transaction has been successfully completed. If you pay in advance, you will receive the voucher as soon as we have received your payment (only possible Monday to Friday).

Where and until when can I redeem the voucher?
The voucher is valid for our Parkschlösschen Shop (on site and online), for a hotel stay and for a treatment in connection with a hotel stay or Day Spa Deluxe. It is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Cash payment is not possible.

Since ancient times, Ayurveda has championed the benefits of drinking copper water. According to Ayurveda, if you store water in a copper vessel for a period of 4–12 hours (ideally overnight), the water becomes naturally alkaline. This happens because the copper vessel positively charges and energises the water, thereby ‘revitalising’ it. It also gives the water a silky-smooth taste. The energised copper water helps to balance the body’s three doshas (Vata, Kapha and Pitta). In Ayurveda, this transformed, therapeutic water, drawn from a copper vessel, is called ‘Tamra Jal’.

Storage tips:

To enjoy the maximum benefits, leave your water in the bottle overnight and drink it the next day, either in the morning on an empty stomach or spread throughout the day. For an essential dose of copper for a better life and a better mood!

The outside is coated with a food-safe varnish, so do not clean or scrub it.

The candle wax used is made from a combination of three natural waxes (organic soy wax, coconut oil, white beeswax). It is free from chemical derivatives, contains no parabens, is completely biodegradable and is sourced from sustainable sources. Natural wax burns cleanly without harming the environment.
