How do I receive the voucher?
You will receive the voucher conveniently as a PDF file sent to your email address – there are no shipping costs and no minimum order value. If you pay by PayPal, the email will be sent immediately after the transaction has been successfully completed. If you pay in advance, you will receive the voucher as soon as we have received your payment (only possible Monday to Friday).

Where and until when can I redeem the voucher?
The voucher is valid for our Parkschlösschen Shop (on site and online), for a hotel stay and for a treatment in connection with a hotel stay or Day Spa Deluxe. It is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Cash payment is not possible.

How can I redeem the voucher?
To redeem the voucher in the online shop, enter the code in the corresponding field in the shopping basket; in the on-site shop, please provide the code at reception. To redeem the voucher as part of a stay, please inform us when booking and provide the voucher code. We kindly request that you make your reservation in advance.

The blends used are made from 100% pure essential oils – free from alcohol and other volatile substances. The result is an impressive, all-natural room fragrance that is eco-friendly, free from harmful chemicals, and fills any space with long-lasting, soothing aromas. Thanks to the capillary effect, the fragrance oil is slowly absorbed by the reed sticks, allowing the delightful scents of the Max Benjamin diffuser to disperse evenly throughout the room.

With these luxurious diffusers, you can effortlessly infuse your home, office, or any space of your choice with an enveloping fragrance. Each diffuser lasts for a minimum of 4 months. Rotate the reeds once a week to prevent them from drying out. This also refreshes the scent in your room.

You can easily transport your meals in this practical food box: from soup to solid food to ice cream, everything is possible. The screw top guarantees a perfect seal. The candle wax used is made from a combination of three natural waxes (organic soy wax, coconut oil, white beeswax). It is free from chemical derivatives, contains no parabens, is completely biodegradable and is sourced from sustainable sources. Natural wax burns cleanly without harming the environment. At a certain temperature, the waxes mix with the fragrance and form a symbiosis that ensures an even distribution of the fragrance throughout the entire burning time. The percentage of fragrance varies between 8% and 12% depending on the fragrance.

The scented candles are made from 100% natural wax and the wicks are made from cotton so that they burn cleanly and without soot. Each candle is hand-poured in Enniskerry and each single-wick candle has a minimum burn time of 50 hours.

The sounds are produced by eight precisely tuned bars soldered with silver in a resonating body of fine bamboo. This precise tuning produces a harmonious sound that gives the Koshi chimes their special sound quality. Each chime comes in a plain box with additional information.
