Maharishi Ayurveda Chyavanprash is produced according to the traditional original recipe found in classical Ayurvedic texts.
The dietary supplement contains only fully ripe amla fruit (Amalaki, Emblica officinalis) as its base, along with high-quality natural herbs, ghee, honey and other valuable ingredients, all of which are carefully harvested in the best and most authentic Himalayan regions and other parts of India. In the classical Ayurvedic texts, Amalaki is praised as one of the best and most important Rasayanas, with a rare combination of positive properties. In the authentic Ayurvedic scriptures, Amalaki is even referred to as a ‘divine medicinal plant’.
The amla fruit contains a high proportion of vitamin C.

Chyavanprash

Recommended intake for adults:
1 teaspoon 10 g (8 ml, see measuring spoon), twice daily in the morning and evening with warm milk or water. The daily intake of 20 g contains: Vitamin C 30 mg (37.5% of the reference amount).

Ayurveda has been using the power of plants for thousands of years to maintain vitality and promote self-healing. Triphala harmonises all doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha). It has a regenerative effect on all body structures (Dhatu) and supports the natural elimination of physical waste products (Mala).

In Ayurvedic teachings, the Amla fruit (Amalaki, Indian gooseberry) is also known as ‘the fruit of youth and beauty’. The Amla fruits contained in Chyavanprash and the majority of the herbs are harvested in the expansive jungles of Gurajat. Sharkara, the Ayurvedic sugar, is used as a sugar basis.

Just take 1-2 teaspoons in the morning and evening, neat or combined with warm water or milk to make a delicious drink.
