\nYou will receive the voucher conveniently as a PDF file sent to your email address \u2013 there are no shipping costs and no minimum order value. If you pay by PayPal, the email will be sent immediately after the transaction has been successfully completed. If you pay in advance, you will receive the voucher as soon as we have received your payment (only possible Monday to Friday).<\/p>\n
\nThe voucher is valid for our Parkschl\u00f6sschen Shop (on site and online), for a hotel stay and for a treatment in connection with a hotel stay or Day Spa Deluxe. It is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Cash payment is not possible.<\/p>\n
\nTo redeem the voucher in the online shop, enter the code in the corresponding field in the shopping basket; in the on-site shop, please provide the code at reception.
