Preparation: 1 serving (60 g)
Pour 180 ml water into a saucepan and bring to the boil, add 60 g (approx. 1/2 cup) dal mixture, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ghee or oil to taste and season with salt.
