This sesame oil for Ayurvedic mouth rinsing (Gandusha) is infused with various herbs. It is ideal for daily oral hygiene and for morning oil pulling.
Directions for use: Every morning before brushing your teeth, take a tablespoonful into your mouth and swish it between your teeth for approx. 10 to 20 minutes. Then spit it into a paper towel and dispose of it in the general waste.
Warning: Do not use if you have a known allergy to sesame or almond oil.
