Hingvashtak is a traditional Ayurvedic spice powder made from ajwain, black cumin, cumin, ginger, pippali, hing and rock salt.
Recommended intake:
Take one level measuring spoon daily (divided into 2 portions) after meals. Pour boiling water over it, leave to infuse briefly and drink warm. The daily intake of 2.61 g plant powder contains 5.81 mg gingerol. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
