Hingvashtak is a traditional Ayurvedic spice powder made from ajwain, black cumin, cumin, ginger, pippali, hing and rock salt.
Recommended intake:
Take 4 capsules of 0.43 g (0.33 g net content) 2 x daily after meals with warm water. The daily intake of 2.64 g plant powder contains 5.85 mg gingerol. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
