Fine lavender, also known as true lavender, is an aromatic herb native to the entire Mediterranean region.
Lavender grows up to 1 metre high and the entire plant is highly aromatic.
Lavender contains a spectrum of over 100 ingredients and is considered the ‘oil of the middle’;
it is used in naturopathy for skin problems, insomnia, tension, muscle, digestive and respiratory complaints.
