Rock salt (ground)

This Ayurvedic rock salt is free of additives and the greyish colour comes from the high proportion of minerals and trace elements. It is mined mechanically, not using explosives, in the Pakastanian foothills of the Himalayas. This salt contains many of the original salt crystals ingredients.
