Spice mixture for preparing the popular Ayurvedic sleeping milk, traditionally called ‘Badam milk’.
Recommended preparation: 200 ml fresh organic cow’s milk or vegan alternative (oat drink or similar), 1/2 -1 tsp sleeping milk spice mixture, sweetened as desired, optionally 1 heaped Tbs almond powder or mousse. Bring all the ingredients to the boil and drink warm one hour before going to bed.
