‘Tri’ means three and ‘phala’ means fruit. In Ayurveda, this three-fruit powder is considered very important for maintaining the health of the whole family. Ayurveda has been using the power of plants for thousands of years to maintain vitality and promote self-healing. Triphala harmonises all doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha). It has a regenerative effect on all body structures (Dhatu) and supports the natural elimination of physical waste products (Mala).
